I am a dietitian, balanced nutrition expert, member of the Lithuanian Dietetic Association, healthy lifestyle coach, author of health-friendly recipe books, TV presenter, who has been conducting seminars and consultations on food reconciliation for more than 10 years. Alma Littera publishing house has published 3 books of my health recipes and healthy lifestyle tips : “The First Spoon”, “Health from the First Spoon”, “Keto Menu”. My experience is mainly in working with individual patients with chronic illnesses, overweight and eating disorders. I am useful for those who do not know how to plan their meals, who want to learn how to prevent illnesses, or how to eliminate existing body ailments provoked by inadequate nutrition.
